Agreed services
Website information describes services available for discussion. Deliverables, pricing, timing and responsibilities are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Reporting and assurance
Carbon calculations depend on data, boundaries, factors and assumptions. A platform-generated report does not itself establish ISO conformity, independent verification or regulatory acceptance.
Project estimates
Potential savings, payback and emissions reductions are estimates requiring project-specific evaluation. Modelled results are not achieved performance. Providers remain responsible for obligations agreed in their contracts.
Funding readiness
VR1 provides project-readiness and funding-facilitation/advisory support only. VR1 does not provide loans, approve financing or grants, guarantee funding, or represent a bank or government agency. Financing, grants and approvals remain subject to the independent assessment and approval of the relevant institution or agency.
